We can assist you in designing a garden that is suitable to your climate and lifestyle and that is also functional.
We can assess your current soil profile and suggest actions to improve it….including drainage issues.
We can advise on plant selection and are able to source these for you also.
Consultations in person are available across the Southern Highlands and Tablelands.
Cost : starting a $85 per hour
Travel may attract an additional charge – depending on location, this can be determinded prior via a quote.
If you reside outside of this location, we are happy to work with you online.

Horticultural Instruction
Would you like a Qualified Horticulturist to come to your site and provide instruction to yourself/family?
Lessons can be constructed around your specific needs!
Here are a few to consider:
- Learn how to prune plants correctly (what time of year, what tools to use and how to do it correctly)
- How to assess a soil profile and what you can do to improve the quality of the soil you have.
- How to design a garden that will add value to your home.
- How to make your own compost.
- Mulching do’s and dont’s – what products to use in different applications.

- Identifying pests and diseases and how to treat them.
- How to fertilise – what products do you really need, when is the best time to “feed your plants”
- How to set up an irrigation system.
- Propagating your own plants.
- Growing fruit, vegetables and herbs.
These are just some ideas…and we are happy to discuss with you your own requirements and put together a “lesson plan” that suits!
